Terms of Service
1. The service
LinkKart provides a URL shortening service accessible through this website and a Telegram bot. It converts long URLs into short links and records how many times each short link is opened.
2. Your account
Your Telegram account is used to identify you. You are responsible for keeping access to your Telegram account secure, and for everything done through it. You must be at least 13 years old to use the service.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use LinkKart to create or distribute links that:
- point to malware, phishing pages, or any form of fraud;
- infringe copyright, trademark, or other third-party rights;
- contain illegal, hateful, or sexually exploitative material;
- spread spam, deceive users about a destination, or evade platform rules;
- violate any applicable law or regulation.
We may suspend or delete links, balances or accounts that break these rules, and we may report unlawful content to the relevant authorities.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of the URLs you shorten. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store the link and redirect visitors to it. You are solely responsible for the destinations you link to.
5. Fees and balance
Standard shortlinks are free. Optional items — premium links and adding a private domain — are charged from your prepaid balance at the price shown at the time of purchase. Balances are non-transferable between accounts. See the Refund Policy for how refunds are handled.
6. Availability
We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, outages or factors outside our control may cause temporary downtime. Shortlinks are provided on an "as available" basis.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LinkKart shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
8. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time and request account deletion via the Contact page. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
